We service Sydney and surrounding suburbs, including Western Sydney, South West Sydney, North West Sydney, the Inner West, the Hills District, Sutherland Shire, Blacktown, Parramatta, Campbelltown, Penrith and Liverpool. Travel fees may apply outside our core area.

Safety is a top priority. Our animals are gentle, well-trained and regularly health-checked, and our equipment is checked before use. We also carry public liability insurance for peace of mind.

We monitor the weather closely. If heavy rain, storms, extreme heat or unsafe ground conditions affect the booking, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the setup where possible. Some attractions can operate under suitable cover with enough safe space.

It depends on the attraction. Pony rides and the trackless train need a clear flat area, while rides like the teacup ride and mini carousel need around 5m x 5m. Tell us your venue and we will advise the best setup.

Yes. Mixing and matching is one of the most popular choices. We can quote a custom party package based on your selected attractions, event location, date, access and setup requirements.

Outdoor bookings may be affected by weather, safety, access or ground conditions. We allow one transfer to a different date, subject to availability. After that transfer has been used, any further cancellation will mean all payments made are non-refundable. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to discuss a booking change.

Yes. Bonza Pony & Amusement Hire holds public liability insurance. We can also discuss event requirements such as risk assessments, Working With Children Checks and site access details when planning your booking.
